EE TV, for all BT customers?

Read (16 december 2014):

EE TV: which bits should BT keep?

BT may be planning to buy EE, but the mobile network's recently-launched TV service shows promise, and could help BT appeal to the mobile generation, says Sophie Curtis

"...While it seems likely that the acquisition of EE by BT would sound the death knell for EE TV, BT would be foolish not to embrace the features that make the service an attractive proposition – particularly those that appeal to a more mobile-savvy generation...."

Netgem entre dans BT, par EE TV?

"...Similarly, BT will look to recruit current customers of EE’s broadband ===> and EE TV services and bring them to BT <=== ...."

What a potential merger with BT means for EE’s customer service ?

    Hi everyone,

Today the CMA provisionally approved the deal for BT to buy EE, taking us one step closer to merging and creating a really exciting company that will benefit both businesses and consumers.

We know some of you have been asking about the effect this will have on customer service from EE.

==> I want to assure you this deal will not affect the incredible progress we’ve made in the last couple of years regarding customer service, and our ambitious plans to advance even further remain in place. <==

We’ve laid the groundwork to greatly improve service for our mobile customers and we’re already seeing the results. In the last year alone we’ve made significant improvements in the number of complaints Ofcom receives. We’ve also begun a new focus on Broadband service which you can read about in our Newsroom: ee.co.uk/our-company/newsroom/2015/09/EE-announces-plans-for-major-broadband-service-overhaul.

There’s still more work to do, and I’m proud of what we’ve achieved so far. We’re passionate about becoming number one for customer service. We’re looking forward to working with BT to fulfil our further ambitions. We will not slow our progress in customer service.

Thank you for reading – we always welcome your feedback here in the EE Community, Facebook and Twitter.
