Il y en a eu des Netgem... et il y en a toujours ! Que de souvenirs sont associés aux décodeurs TV Netgem.
On se limitera néanmoins pour la cohérence de l'étude à ceux loués par N9uf Telecom puis N9uf Cegetel puis SFR puis Numericable-SFR et enfin SFR. C'était en octobre 2004. N9uf Telecom lançait le Décodeur TV Netgem 6600. Il sera connu sous l'appellation Décodeur TV Netgem. C'était l'ancêtre du Décodeur TV HD Classique Netgem actuel.


...at the end of 2015, management Altice / Numericable SFR seems no longer capable of delivering TV Decoders Evolution to its customers.  SFR victim of its success?
We'll say it like this (but we think less!).

This is the 30/3/2016 that the thunderclap (particularly discreet) sounds.
TV Decoder Classic Netgem is back as entry level TV service with ADSL TV box SFR offers.
And is always there for (SAV pretend again assured on TV decoder).

We will not go on release in November 2010 calamitous decoder or TV Sagem Cisco Evolution to replace the TV Decoder HD Netgem (but is still not happened both in terms of quantity and - especially - in qualitative terms) than some saddled with the epithet "Decoder Regression" (and if there were regressions that would be a lesser evil ...).

Five major Russian media companies are looking into the possibility of launching a local equivalent of Hulu.

According to Kommersant, First Channel, Gazprom-Media, VGTRK, National Media Group (NMG) and CTC Media plan to launch a joint online platform and are committed to the development of the project, which would echo the US service, owned by Walt Disney, 21st Century Fox and Comcast through their content divisions.

However, if they fail to reach an understanding they will continue to develop their own online platforms.

Kommersant points out that the idea of launching a joint Russian online platform is not new, having been proposed by the Media Communications Union (MKS) two years ago. No meaningful discussions nevertheless took place.


A decision on the current plan is unlikely to be made before September 2016.

Netgem annonce un projet de création d’une co­entreprise avec le groupe Oceinde et la Caisse des Dépôts (CDC). 

Cette entreprise serait destinée à devenir l’opérateur triple­play alternatif de référence sur le marché de la fibre optique en France dans les zones géographiques couvertes par les Réseaux d’Initiatives Publiques (RIP) financés en partenariat public privé.

Netgem fournirait sa plateforme technologique #TelcoTV et apporterait également la marque Videofutur et l’activité associée. 

Le groupe Oceinde, opérateur de fibre, apporterait son savoir­faire et sa plateforme technologique sur les services IP et voix. Netgem et Oceinde sont déjà partenaires depuis plusieurs années. 

Le financement du développement de la société serait en partie assuré par la CDC.

L’ensemble des investissements et des apports des industriels et de la CDC valoriserait la nouvelle entité à €21 millions. Netgem y serait majoritaire. La société serait dirigée par Mathias Hautefort qui est aujourd’hui responsable de l’activité Videofutur au sein de Netgem.

Ce projet reste soumis à certaines conditions suspensives, notamment la réalisation de diligences additionnelles et l’approbation de l’Assemblée Générale Extraordinaire des actionnaires de Netgem. 

Il devrait se réaliser au 4ème trimestre 2016.
