VX FIBER est un opérateur suédois qui est également occupé à construire des réseaux ISP haut débit «full fibre» capables de gigabit dans certaines parties du Royaume-Uni (par exemple Londres, Stoke-on-Trent et Colchester), a annoncé le 22 septembre 2020, cet investissement mondial La société AMP Capital va acquérir une participation majoritaire dans l'entreprise et la soutenir avec de nouveaux investissements.

L’opérateur a tendance à concevoir, construire et exploiter des réseaux FTTP (Open Access Fiber-to-the-Premises) dans différents pays et a développé sa propre plate-forme logicielle propriétaire, qu’il exploite sur l’infrastructure de fibre passive de tiers en tant qu’opérateur de fibre. L'ensemble du réseau est géré à distance via un centre d'exploitation du réseau (NOC) à Umea, en Suède.

En plus de ses projets existants en Suède, en Afrique du Sud et au Royaume-Uni, VXF est également en train de «cibler un pipeline avancé d'opportunités au Royaume-Uni, en Belgique, en Autriche et en Allemagne». Il suffit de dire que l’annonce d’aujourd’hui fournira du carburant à ces plans.

NETGEM's activity in the third quarter of 2020 was marked by a continuation of

the commercial dynamics of the “as a service” model of its activity with

operators (in B2B and B2B2C) or with its direct customers (B2C), who represent

this quarter more than 90% of the activity. The highlights are:

• A growth in net income that is confirmed every quarter and more marked from one year to the next due to the integration of Vitis,
• The continued growth of the subscriber base in Finland with Elisa, by Great Britain with the various Very Broadband operators and in France including the integration of Comcable.
• The launch in early October of the new range of MESH products in France with VIDEOFUTUR customers.

In the 3rd quarter of 2020, despite an 11% drop in turnover stemming from the foreseeable decrease in Box's historical sales activities, the net income is up 2% from the previous quarter. This reflects the now predominant share of management services activities customer base in the Group's business. Consolidation of French activities (Vitis) contributes € 4.0m out of the total € 6.4m of Net Income, and thus enables to show 100% growth.

The group's gross cash flow amounted to € 8.0 million at the end of September. A line of credit of € 1.6 million was collected in early October in anticipation of future refunds under the research tax credit.

Projet de transfert de la cotation vers Euronext Growth Changement de Direction Financière 

Le Conseil d’administration de Netgem a décidé de soumettre à l’Assemblée Générale Ordinaire des actionnaires qui sera convoquée le 20 octobre 2020, le projet de transfert des titres de Netgem du marché Euronext Paris vers le marché Euronext Growth Paris. 

Motifs du transfert 

Euronext Growth s’est affirmé depuis sa création comme le marché de prédilection pour les entreprises de croissance d’une capitalisation boursière de moins de un milliard d’euros et d’un flottant suffisant, supérieur à 2,5 millions d’euros. Ce transfert permettra au Groupe de bénéficier de la dynamique et de la visibilité de ce marché, tout en maîtrisant ses frais généraux.

Netgem has announced the acquisition of the French broadband subscriber Comcable.

The 3,500-subscriber business operates on public initiative networks.

Comcable customers will now enjoy Netgem’s streaming service myVIDEOFUTUR and its 4K set-top box.
