"Estonian cellular operator Elisa says it is embarking on a two-year network rollout programme in conjunction with equipment partner Huawei which will see 4G Long Term Evolution (LTE) services made available to 99% of the country’s population.
The cellco says it currently has 77,300 LTE subscribers, having launched over a 800MHz system in April 2012 and adding a 1800MHz/2600MHz network in February 2013.

Elisa reiterated its competitive profit distribution policy and updated its medium-term goals until the end of 2017. The company is seeking growth through investments in new services; Elisa Viihde is the most popular entertainment service in Finland, with more than 200,000 paying customers."
