Russia new OTT TV service by the autumn 2016

January 28, 2016 "Russian service provider Akado plans to launch an interactive digital OTT TV service by the autumn, 2016, the company’s spokesman Denis Rychkov has told local journalists at the CSTB trade show in Moscow.
