Videofutur 2018: after Box Ultra HD 4K comes a Mobile plan!

After launching his new "Box Ultra HD Box Ultra HD 4K, by Netgem" last November 2017, the operator Videofutur, which offers its offers on the Public Initiative Networks (RIP), will launch on 2018 February 26 its first non-binding mobile plan.

This includes unlimited calls / SMS / MMS, 5 GB in 4G (reduced throughput) and 1 GB in roaming in the EU at € 9.90 / month for 6 months then € 13.90 / month. 

All in partnership with NRJ Mobile and operated by Euro-Information Telecom.

Note that the offer Fiber Videofutur is for 6 months offered at a price of 29.90 euros per month and 39.90 euros. This is for people in eligible areas where the operator is present. Note that the connection fees are offered as a welcome as well as activation fees, the first 5 films in VOD and the first month OCS.

The VIDEOFUTUR Fiber offer includes:

 A very high speed connection up to 1Gb / s

 A router equipped with a high-performance Wifi

 An Ultra HD 4K TV Box

 Television with more than 100 channels in HD (TNT, premium, thematic and local channels)

 Access to an unlimited SVOD offer of 1000 movies and youth series included in the subscription - Access to more than 15000 movies and series in VOD available à la carte, including the latest cinema news

 Non-binding access to the pay options beINSPORTS (15 € / month) and OCS (12 € / month) - A fixed telephony offer

 Access to a Mobile offer at a price of € 9.90 / month for 6 months then € 13.90 / month in partnership with NRJ Mobile

Videofutur has now rolled out its 100% fiber offer in 20 departments, 1,000 municipalities and more than 500,000 outlets and is aiming for an eligible fleet of one million outlets by the end of 2018.

Netgem CA T4 2017: +13% de sa marge brute & +18% d'abonnés

"Netgem affiche une croissance de +13% de sa marge brute au quatrième trimestre, à 6,8 millions d'euros, et de +6% de son chiffre d'affaires à 16,5 millions. 

Sur l'ensemble de l'exercice de 2017, sa marge brute a atteint 24,6 millions d'euros (-11%) et son chiffre d'affaires 61,8 millions (-17%). *

Le chiffre d'affaires et la marge brute ont progressé en Europe en 2017 par rapport à 2016, mais ont été impactés par l'accord de licence logicielle avec ZTE et Totalplay au Mexique et la baisse des ventes de matériel qui s'en est suivie, a indiqué Netgem.

Enfin, la base d'abonnés actifs a augmenté de 18% par rapport à fin décembre 2016 pour atteindre près de deux millions d'utilisateurs quotidiens à fin décembre 2017."

* => Et il faut aussi noter que Vitis n'est pas consolidée dans les chiffres rapportés pour 2017!!! 

Donc les résultés sont plus meilleurs (il faut intégrer Vitis pous savoir le résulté total de 2017 - Vitis, filiale à 56% de Netgem**) !

=> Vitis n'a pas été consolidée en 2017, le chiffre d'affaires et la marge brute comparables avec l'année 2016 aurait été respectivement de 70,3 millions d'euros et de 26,4 millions d'euros. (SOURCE: netgem.fr)

DONC, la comparaison correcte entre années est sans Vitis aux deux exercices de 2016 et 2017:

..Marge Brute 2017: 24.6 M€
=> - 7% <== 
   (pas -11%)

..CA 2017: 61.8 M€
=> -12% <==
