Pour le trimestre clos le 30 septembre 2018, Netgem annonce un chiffre d'affaires consolidé de 7,9 millions d'euros et un revenu net de 4,0 millions d'euros, portant le chiffre d'affaires et le revenu net consolidés des neuf premiers mois de l’année 2018 à respectivement 31,0 millions d'euros et 15,0 millions d'euros (données non auditées).

Le niveau de chiffre d’affaires confirme la tendance du 1er semestre, avec des ventes de décodeurs très en retrait des niveaux anticipés par la Société pour l’année, en particulier sur les marchés internationaux (hors Europe).

Sur les marchés sur lesquels le Groupe a développé ses offres de service OTT, les résultats sont plus satisfaisants:

• A partir du marché anglais, les offres de services du Groupe continuent d’élargir et diversifier leur distribution, avec en particulier le démarrage de la commercialisation via de nouveaux partenariats avec Gibtelecom (Gibraltar) et l’opérateur mobile Three UK. La nouvelle génération du service, permettant un accès multi-écrans et le support des contenus Ultra Haute Définition sera lancée avant la fin de l’année 2018;

• A partir du marché français, Vitis, filiale à 51% de Netgem, continue de faire croître rapidement son chiffre d’affaires et commercialise dorénavant ses contenus auprès de plus de 250,000 clients. Vitis a par ailleurs finalisé un nouveau tour de financement de 4 millions d’euros souscrit à 50/50 par la Caisse des Dépôts et Réunicable. L’offre continue également de s’enrichir avec les signatures de Comedy central (Viacom) et DisneyTEK. Vitis n’est pas consolidé dans les comptes de Netgem.

Dispite set top boxes sales well below the levels anticipated by Netgem for 2018, especially in international markets (outside Europe) In the French market, Vitis, a 51% subsidiary of Netgem, continues to grow its turnover rapidly and is now marketing its content to more than 250,000 customers.

Vitis has also finalized a new financing round of € 4 million subscribed at 50/50 by Caisse des Dépôts and Réunicable. 

The offer also continues to grow with the signatures of Comedy Central (Viacom) and DisneyTEK.

Videofutur 2018: after Box Ultra HD 4K comes a Mobile plan!

After launching his new "Box Ultra HD Box Ultra HD 4K, by Netgem" last November 2017, the operator Videofutur, which offers its offers on the Public Initiative Networks (RIP), will launch on 2018 February 26 its first non-binding mobile plan.

This includes unlimited calls / SMS / MMS, 5 GB in 4G (reduced throughput) and 1 GB in roaming in the EU at € 9.90 / month for 6 months then € 13.90 / month.
