NEW: PLEIO TV across Bouygues Telecom’s millions TV customers
Netgem announces an enhanced Content service collaboration with Bouygues Telecom."
Today, thanks to this strengthened partnership (which adds live streaming, VOD, and FAST streaming to cloud gaming), we have confirmation of the service's success, already available at the following address:
https://www.bouyguestelecom.fr/option-mobile/pleio
(Bouygues Telecom partnered with Gamestream to launch Pleio, a subscription-based cloud gaming service, on December 1, 2020, designed to promote 5G adoption. It offers over 200 unlimited, console-quality games for €9.99/month on Android, iOS, PC, and Bbox, aimed at families and casual gamers without requiring extra hardware.)
"With this new agreement, Netgem extends the distribution of Pleio TV and its FAST channel offering in France to millions of Bouygues Telecom TV customers. Bouygues Telecom subscribers thus benefit from a significantly enhanced entertainment experience. An initial curated selection of 20 new channels is available from launch and will continue to grow, with varied themes targeting the whole family: “GenZ” (ADN, Eclutch), music lovers (Qwest), epicureans (TV5 Monde+ Chefs) or Novelas aficionados (Passion Novelas, Passion Bollywood, Fréquence Novelas).
Bouygues Telecom has selected Netgem for the quality of the content but also for the ‘Turnkey’ aspect of the solution: indeed, Netgem has developed a complete technical ecosystem (SSAI, CDN, Ad-servers, multi-Ad Sales house), guaranteeing quality of streaming distribution, as well as the most effective advertising monetisation, building on the model successfully deployed in the United Kingdom since 2020, and now available in all territories."

Pour situer l’échelle =>
Clients mobile : ≈ 27 millions.
Clients fixe (Internet + souvent TV) : ≈ 5,4 millions.

2025 results and 2026 objectives (Growth trend in the six-month next cycles)
(2026-01-29)
2025 results and 2026 objectives
"Netgem (Euronext Growth: ALNTG) announces consolidated revenue of €31.7 million in 2025 (€33.8 million in 2024) and a gross profit of €22.8 million in 2025 (€23.6 million in 2024).
Year recurring revenue grew by +3%, in accordance with the objectives announced in October 2025 and now represents nearly 77% of total revenue.
Revenue for the second half of 2025 grew by 6% compared to the first half. "
Key Achievements in 2025 & Outlook 2026
"(...)
The successful launch of Netgem PLEIO in the UK at the end of 2025, in B2C and with Altnets operators (BRSK, Connect Fibre, Voneus, WightFibre to date), confirmed the potential of this solution. Its deployment is expected to accelerate in 2026, via current service distributors and with new operators expected in the first half of the year:
France should also see positive momentum in 2026, particularly with the launch of the PLEIO solution by the operator Vialis. The Indian market, with the operator Jio, saw growth in the second half of the year, with favorable prospects for 2026.
(...)
The activity returned to growth in the second half of 2025, driven by the first significant revenues from the generative AI subtitling solution, TheSubtil.ai, and the renewal of major content preservation contracts.
This momentum is expected to continue in 2026 with the launch of new AI-based service offerings. Financial Strength
The Group's gross cash position stands at €5.9 million as of December 31, 2025. Based on this financial strength, the increasing momentum of growth drivers, and a business model now largely recurring,
Netgem approaches 2026 with confidence. Mathias Hautefort, CEO of the Netgem group, declared: « In 2025, we focused our efforts on renewing our product range to meet the rapid evolution of digital content consumption patterns.
Netgem is thus positioned as the trusted European partner for publishers and telecom operators in enhancing the value of content. This strategy underscores our transformation into a digital content services platform, capable of funding our innovations while ensuring a regular return to our shareholders.» (...)"

4K PLEIO Streaming Device sells out in HOURS!
(25 Nov 2025, Updated at 26 Nov 2025)
4K PLEIO Streaming Device sells out, on Amazon, in HOURS!
Speaking to Cord Busters, Netgem UK’s managing director Sylvain Thevenot said the company had seen “seen exceptional demand for PLEIO”.
“While we knew the UK was ready for a modern, aerial-free TV experience, the speed at which the public embraced this new proposition took us by surprise, and we sold out of our initial allocation on Amazon in under 24 hours,” he explained.
“We have already shipped a significant new wave of devices to replenish stock, but given the Black Friday volume, Amazon’s fulfilment centres are taking a few days to process and scan new inventory.”

Netgem anticipe nouvelle croissance pour 2025
(30 janvier 2025)
Marge brute 2024: 23,6 (+7%)
